This is to certify that the "X series Velocity & Momentum" Indoor cycling bike is warranted by FMI to be free from all defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to any defect caused by negligence, misuse, accident, alteration, improper maintenance, or an "act of God."
The "Velocity indoor bike, & Momentum" carries a five-year frame warranty, a one-year warranty on pillow block bearings, tension knob assembly, and bracket bearings, and drive belt, Velocity will only carry a two year warranty on cranks, bracket spindle, flywheel, handlebar, seat post, handlebar post, a 90 day warranty on wear items such as foam grips, quick-release handles, seat, pedals and toe straps and brake pad. The Momentum has a 6 month on seat, & toe clips. Both have a labor warranty of 90 days from date of purchase. Velocity is commercial or home warranty application and the Momentum is home warranty also, not covered commercially.

be prepared to have the following information available to give to the
service department.
- Name of company, address, phone number and email address
- Serial number of the Velocity indoor bike
- Date of purchase
- Problem of bike
If warranty replacement parts are being shipped to you, you may be required
to return the inoperable part. To facilitate this process please review
the following policy.
- Call our service department to receive a return goods authorization
prior to shipment.
- FMI will incur all ground freight charges on warranty parts for machines
that are less than 60 days old.
- You are responsible for freight charges on warranty parts for machines
that are more than 60 days old. You will not be responsible for the return
shipment of the inoperable parts.
- Some inoperable warranty parts must be promptly returned to our service
department. We will pay the shipping costs for the inoperable warranty
parts. Detailed instructions will be included with each warranty replacement
part.
FMI neither makes, assumes nor authorizes any representative or other
person to make or assume for us, any other warranty whatsoever, whether
expressed or implied, in connection with the sale, service, or shipment
of our product. FMI reserves the right to make changes and improvements
in our products without incurring any obligation to similarly alter products
purchased previously. Only authorized parts can be used. This warranty
is void if parts other than those provided by FMI are used.
